REFUNDS
• There are stages of completing commissioned work where once I’m permitted to proceed, it is not reasonable to request refunds on the basis of dissatisfaction with the work. Example; you can’t ask for a refund upon completion of the piece because you are unhappy with the pose when I have already confirmed with you that the pose was acceptable in earlier stages.
• All orders meet a designated deadline and I will be in regular contact with you discussing progress checks to meet your full satisfaction with the art as it is being made. I am more than willing to address concerns and adjust my work to your satisfaction according to what stage your complaint is in.
• If there is a major problem where it is impossible to complete the piece, you are entitled to a refund.LICENSING AND COMMERCIAL USE
• My art and designs are not free use and you are not buying commercial rights when purchasing my artwork and commissions.
• AI processing of private commissions and any of my art and designs is prohibited. Permission will not be granted in a licensing contract.
• Adopting character designs entitles you to personal use of the design and are not for resale or commercial use unless we have a licensing contract.
